WellSignal provides nutrition information and scoring for educational purposes only. Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use WellSignal only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WellSignal is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use WellSignal to: violate any applicable laws; scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission; attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring system for commercial purposes; or upload content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The WellSignal platform, scoring methodology, and brand are owned by WellSignal Inc. Your personal data (food logs, photos, health goals) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on your data rights.
Subscription and billing
Free tier: no credit card required. Pro tier: billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellSignal's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
