Household sharing for healthier kids (without the shame)

Family meal planning is the unglamorous core of long-term household nutrition. It is also where most food apps fail — they treat children as small adults and surface adult-coded metrics like calories and "fat percentage" to kids who don't need them.
WellSignal's household model has owner, member, and child roles. Children's profiles get age-appropriate scoring (no calorie display under age 13, simpler vocabulary, and zero body-image-loaded language).
The owner can plan family meals that satisfy everyone's constraints — kid-friendly versions, spouse's allergies, individual goals. The plan generator looks at every member's profile and produces a single weekly plan that hits all of them.
Per-member tracking is opt-in for adults and inherited from the owner for children. The default is private — even the household owner cannot see another adult's raw food log unless that adult opts in.
Behavior change in a household is mostly about defaults. If the freezer has frozen vegetables and the fridge has fruit, the freezer wins. WellSignal's grocery list bias toward those defaults is intentional and small, never preachy.
